Course Enrollment: When you enroll in a course, you receive: • A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content • Lifetime access to purchased course materials (subject to availability) • Access to course updates and new content additions Content Restrictions: You agree NOT to: • Share, distribute, or resell course content • Download or copy videos without authorization • Use content for commercial purposes without permission • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated tools to access or download content Intellectual Property: All course content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AIMLSchool 360 or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms: • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified • Payment is due at the time of enrollment • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking • Prices are subject to change without notice Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all courses: • Request a refund within 7 days of purchase • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days • Refunds are credited to the original payment method • Courses with certificates already issued are non-refundable • Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms EMI & Payment Plans: EMI options are available for select courses. Terms and conditions of EMI financing are subject to the financing partner's policies.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others • Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Services • Use the Services to compete with AIMLSchool 360 • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content Community Guidelines: When participating in discussions, forums, or live sessions: • Be respectful and professional • No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination • No spam or promotional content • Constructive feedback is encouraged • Help maintain a positive learning environment

The following activities are strictly prohibited: Content Piracy: • Downloading, copying, or distributing course videos • Screen recording or capturing course content • Sharing course materials outside the platform • Creating derivative works without permission Account Abuse: • Sharing login credentials with others • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions • Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions • Automated access or scraping of content Fraud: • Using stolen payment information • Requesting refunds while retaining course access • Providing false information to obtain discounts • Impersonating other users or staff Violations may result in: • Immediate account termination • Revocation of course access without refund • Legal action to recover damages • Reporting to appropriate authorities

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Accuracy or completeness of content Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMLSchool 360 shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Personal injury or property damage • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the relevant course Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIMLSchool 360, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes: • We will update the "Last Updated" date • Material changes will be notified via email or site notification • Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIMLSchool 360.
